Fishing Trawler in the North Atlantic 1970s

This clip shows some of the work of catching and processing fish aboard a deep sea fishing sterntrawler, the Arctic Ranger, in the mid 1970s. The Ranger was a sister ship of the Gaul , lost while fishing in 1974 , with all 36 crew, aboard. A clip of the investigation of the sinking of the Gaul is posted to YouTube at: .
